Seattle Strip Clubs: Intelius Exec Free Pending Trial
A senior executive with a Washington background check company is free pending trial on charges he lied to a grand jury about having sex with a stripper.
Federal prosecutors twice failed this week to convince a federal magistrate to keep Intelius Executive Vice President John Kenneth Arnold in jail, contending he can’t be trusted, The Seattle Times reported Tuesday. However, the magistrate decided Arnold could be freed as long as he wears a Global Positioning System monitor.
Arnold, who was suspended from his job with pay pending the outcome of his legal problems, was arrested last week by FBI agents after he allegedly attempted to arrange a meeting with a dancer in Las Vegas, the newspaper said.
Arnold was indicted last September for allegedly lying to a grand jury investigating a strip-club owner. The indictment, released Jan. 29, accuses Arnold of lying to the panel about having sex with a stripper.
