Seattle Strip Clubs: Feds: Intelius founder taken back into custody
Feds: Intelius founder taken back into custody
SEATTLE (AP) — A business executive charged with lying to a grand jury about strip club sex acts is back in federal custody.
Authorities say John Kenneth Arnold violated his conditions of release when he contacted a witness who works at the club and planned to meet her in Las Vegas.
Arnold is co-founder of Intelius Inc. The Bellevue, Wash., people-search and background check company sells a smart-phone application aimed at weeding out sleazy dates.
He was charged last week with lying to a grand jury during a racketeering investigation when he denied engaging in sex acts with dancers at a Seattle strip club.
Agents arrested him again Thursday after learning that he asked an intermediary to deliver a letter to the strip club employee.
