… Bellevue-based Intelius has already earned a less-than-savory reputation, as Nina Shapiro detailed in a cover story last March. But things are looking even worse for the online info giant–and for another famous local business–now that 44-year-old Intelius co-founder John Kenneth Arnold has gotten himself ensnared in the ongoing prosecution of Frank Colacurcio and his confederates.
Last February, Arnold appeared before a federal grand jury, where he was questioned on whether he’d engaged in sex acts with strippers at the Colacurcio-owned T-bar, Rick’s. He said he didn’t. The federal government has apparently called bullshit on that. Today, Arnold was arrested and arraigned. He pleaded not guilty.
As Rick Anderson detailed in a July 2008 cover story, the 92-year-old Colacurcio and his son Frank Jr. were indicted last fall on a litany of charges, including running a prostitution racket out of their clubs.
