Seattle Adult Entertainment: Sheriff’s Office holding sex offender informational meeting
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office plans to hold a community meeting regarding William Wayne Harris, who is a registered sex offender living in the 10000 block of Chapel Hill Road in Lake Stevens.
The informational meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1 at Hillcrest Elementary School in the gym (9315 4th Street SE, Everett 98205).
According to official documents, Harris pled guilty to two counts of Rape in the 3rd Degree and was given a term of 20 months in prison, suspended on condition that he do four months in jail and enter into Sex Offender treatment and obey all of his conditions imposed by the courts on March 22, 1999.
The victims in these crimes were both adult females. Harris approached his victims, who were prostitutes, while representing himself as a police officer. He had a fake badge and portable radio with him.
