Seattle Strip Clubs: Twas Brillig – Through the Looking Glass: The Burlesque Alice in Wonderland

The mirror scene, where the black haired Wonderland Alice mimics the blonde bombshell “real” Alice, is impressively performed with precision by Ingenue and Hoover, and sets just the right mood for the fantasy “spectacle of ecdysiastic pageantry” that ensues. Later on in the show, Ingenue and Hoover also perform a provocative number called “Feathery Fantasy,” as they ostensibly clean up the feathers left behind by the Flamingos but end up doing a strip tease with them.

Another Seattle Burlesque favorite, Waxie Moon portrays the Cheshire Cat in “Begin with a Grin.” Miss(ter) Moon never fails to entertain, and his cat performance and reverse strip tease, make this number one of the highlights of the show. Other highlights are Miss Indigo Blue’s Tigerlily number, “A Fancy Flower,” and “The Tweedle Sisters,” featuring Babette La Fave and Lucky Penny.

We are confident this game will be a net benefit to dogs as it has been in our operating agreement from the start of this project that a portion of the proceeds go to animal rescue organizations.”
In a previous posting, they pointed out there are all kinds of games for various platforms that show virtual versions of illegal activity, such as drug dealing, prostitution and murder. They said by rating Dog Wars as “high maturity,” they weren’t violating any of Google’s terms for the Android market.

Seattle Strip Clubs: Escort services flourish at Backpage.com

Posted on April 28th, 2011 in Seattle strip clubs by stripclubbouncer

Because human nature wants what it wants, the closure of Craigslist’s Adult Services section has meant a big boon for Village Voice Media-owned Backpage.com, which has thrived with an “Adult” section overflowing with ads about escorts (male, female and transsexual), body rubs, “adult jobs” and strippers.
The New York Observer recently pored over the classifieds business, which seem to have given new life to the alt-weekly chain, in which racy ads are nothing new. (Full disclosure: I worked at the Village Voice for almost four years.)
The Observer’s Kat Stoeffel writes:
Backpage, which is a fraction of the size of Craigslist, is the only popular classifieds site left willing to host the paid escort and body-rub ads that are often thinly veiled fronts for prostitution. In the month after Craigslist closed its erotic services sections under pressure from Congress and state attorneys general, Backpage enjoyed a half-million-visitor bump in traffic, according to Quantcast, and became the No. 1 publisher of escort ads on the Internet. The Aim Group, a media consulting firm, estimated that in January, Backpage brought in $2.1 million in revenue from erotic services ads alone.

Seattle Adult Entertainment: Cops say photos may reveal more torture victims

Posted on April 27th, 2011 in Seattle adult entertainment by seattlesleuth

A 24-year-old prostitute told police she was working a corner on Seattle’s Aurora Avenue when a man asked her to come to his home to play a bondage game. When the two arrived at his home in an isolated neighborhood of Tacoma, she says the man shackled a collar and chain around her neck.
“The victim was forcefully restrained to a wall and tortured for some time,” said Seattle police spokesman Det. Jeff Kappel.
The woman told investigators she feared for her life, and in an attempt to safe herself, mentioned she’d sent a text message to a friend with Hauff’s license plate number and address. She was released and called police.
Now Seattle police are looking for other potential victims. Police say any past victims who come forward won’t be investigated for prostitution, drugs or other crimes. They just want to build a solid case against their suspect.
