Seattle doc trades drugs for sex with prostitute
By Washington State Department of Health
Monday, January 31, 2011
A Seattle doctor accused of trading drugs for sex with a prostitute has surrendered his license to practice medicine in Washington. Last May, the state Medical Quality Assurance Commission and the Department of Health immediately suspended the license of Leonard D. Hudson (MD00010900) based on the charges.
The commission accepted Hudson’s voluntary license surrender, which resolves the matter.
Last October, Hudson pleaded guilty in King County Superior Court to violating the Uniformed Controlled Substances Act, and was sentenced to 12 months of probation. The commission and the state health department worked with law enforcement during the investigation.
Starting in 2009, Hudson supplied more than two dozen prescriptions for narcotic pain relievers and other drugs to a woman severely addicted to controlled substances without ever medically examining her. He continued to write prescriptions for her after he was warned of her addiction, and even after she overdosed on OxyContin and was admitted to the hospital. During this time, Hudson had an ongoing sexual relationship with the woman.

(MONROE, WA) — Street theater with sticks and cardboard. Oh sure, it’s a concept as quaint and antiquated as black and white TV, politicians with manners and family wage jobs. But then you could say the same about gambling joints, strip clubs and honky-tonks and they still draw a crowd and do just fine.

Seattle Strip Clubs: Yep, that’s our "Traveller" sentenced in Seattle for stalking a porn actress

Posted on January 28th, 2011 in Seattle strip clubs by stripclubbouncer

The Seattle Times has a story this morning about the sentencing of Robert Jesse “Traveller” Hill for his attempts to contact a porn actress set to appear at a strip club opening last April.
Hill was chased away from the club but, according to the Times account based on charging papers, found the actress and her husband at their hotel.
Citing Hill’s lengthy mental-health history, Assistant City Attorney Melissa A. Chin wrote in sentencing paperwork that Seattle officials were “concerned about his sexual deviancy.” In the same paperwork, Chin called Hill “a menace to society” in asking the judge for an exceptional sentence of two years. Municipal Court Judge Judith Hightower sentenced Hill to 364 days in jail with 244 days suspended on the condition that he not break the law for two years. “It’s really important you get a message.” Hightower said. “And the message is that when somebody says ‘go away, I’m not interested,’ you go away and not bother them.”

Seattle Asks King County To Shut Down ‘Jiggles’ Strip Club

SEATTLE — The Seattle City Attorney’s office has asked the King County Superior Court to shut down Jiggles, a strip club in the University District.
The attorney’s office said that they called for the shut down on the grounds that the club violates the city’s zoning and building codes, according to an e-mail from the city.
According to the city, operation of the strip club violates a zoning buffer requirement because it is located within 800 feet of a school, child care center, community center and public park.
The club was formerly the site of the comedy club Giggles.

Tim Lincecum’s Condo in Downtown Seattle Is a Barren, Artless Wasteland (VIDEO)
Last month, when UrbanCondoSpace.com reported that local hero-turned-World Series champion pitcher Tim “the Freak” Lincecum bought a condo at Escala in downtown Seattle, the whole city rejoiced that he still likes us. So what level of pimp status has the lanky hurler achieved in his plush lair? A new Cribs-style video from CSN in San Francisco shows us.
Turns out that while his pad does include an assortment of flat-screen TVs, video games, and a pool table–that’s about it.
There doesn’t appear to be a single piece of art on the walls. There’s a place for a fireplace outside, a place for a chandelier on the ceiling, a place for food in the fridge, and a place for furniture pretty much everywhere.

Seattle Adult Entertainment: Cleared rapist jailed on sex attack

In 1990, Alan Doheny was jailed for eight years after he was found guilty of raping a 69-year-old woman but his conviction was overturned in 1996 due to a successful challenge on DNA evidence in the case and the judge’s directions to the jury.
It is understood he was awarded a compensation sum in the region of £125,000.
Just two years later he was imprisoned for 12 years for repeatedly raping a five-year-old girl but it is thought he was released halfway through the sentence.
Now Doheny, 46, of Benchill, Manchester, is back in jail after he received an indeterminate sentence for public protection at Bolton Crown Court on Tuesday.
In the early hours of May 6 last year, he picked up a 29-year-old sex worker in his car in Manchester city centre.

1. Shoreline man charged with instructing a 17-year-old girl to prostitute herself while he was in jail
Police arrested Anthony Terry, 30, in June for allegedly pimping a woman. He is also accused of instructing an underage girl to sell sex while he was in jail to raise bail money, which could land him a hefty prison sentence under new laws.
Police have charged him under new legislation that allows harsher punishments for pimps and people who pay for sex with minors. Selling sex with minors is now considered a Class A felony, lumped in with first-degree rape, assault and kidnapping.
Terry is being held at King County Jail on $500,000 bail. If convicted, he could spend seven to ten years in prison under the new law.

Seattle Escorts: Delvin, Kohl-Welles introduce bills to crack down on human trafficking and …

Posted on January 28th, 2011 in Seattle escorts by seattleescortlover

An estimated 15,000 people are trafficked into the country each year and forced into prostitution or manual labor, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

“It breaks my heart to think that the average age of a child forced into prostitution is only thirteen,” said Delvin, who retired in 2006 from the Richland Police Department after more than 30 years in law enforcement.

Public-policy efforts to combat child prostitution and human trafficking have been under way in Washington for years. A task force on human-trafficking operations was created in 2002 by legislation of Rep. Veloria, and the following year Washington was the first state to criminalize trafficking . Every year since then laws have been added to the books and/or funding provided to strengthen penalties against trafficking criminals and to improve support services to victims.
